Try to communicate using a three part list.

Why?

  • Because people lose concentration very quickly.

So you will have a big list of benefits & features but:

  • for each communication situation identify the key three things you want to communicate
  • and just communicate those..

This applies to all your communications:- telephone, mail, email etc..
