a way to identify prospects
A good way to identify prospects is to ask questions of the form:
"If I were to deliver "x" would you be interested?"
"x" has to be some sort of business benefit...
This opens up the answer and shows you are interested in the customer...
You might extend it to:
"If I were to deliver "benefit x" by offering you "feature y" would you be interested.....
