3. No liabilities of any kind can be accepted: You use the site on a "Buyer beware" basis.

4. If you add content to the site (e.g by comments, using forms, editing or creating items):

4.1. You take all liability for the content you provide.

4.2. You give John W Beeston the right to use and/or modify that information for the purposes of The Marketing Workspace site. (You may choose to be identified as the source, or to remain anonymous).

4.3 Data protection: You permit the site operators to use your entered contact details for the following purposes only:

• 4.3.1 As part of the necessary operation of your interaction with the site and with other "Registered Users" and "Full Members" of the site. Full members will see each others' name, username and e-mail address.
• 4.3.2 To inform you of new/changed information, facilities and events from the site and our delivery partners.

5. Privacy Warning: Although the site has "private" areas we cannot absolutely guarantee privacy. Do not put commercially sensitive information on the site. We would be happy to consider proposing a "clone" of the site to run within your own firewalls.

6. We reserve the right to remove or modify content, "Registered Users"  or "Full Members" without notice and with no appeal.

Within the legal constraints we work on a "Good Samaritan" basis.
